The topic of the photographic project that I was working on was titled “Click Against Cancer.” Trying to depict this topic in unusual way was difficult, yet that is what I wanted to do. As time was running out and the deadline nearing, I was always looking out for the perfect image. At a traffic signal, I saw this boy selling chewing tobacco (Guthka) hurriedly moving from one car window to another. He had to strike a deal before the lights turned green. It was a poignant reminder of the risk one is exposed to even from childhood. One has to stop using tobacco to ensure a cancer free life. The lights only turn green when we stop.
